Our stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were pretty spacious and had a decent view of the beach from our side sea-view room, but there was construction noise at the reception room that was not tolerable. The prices are extremely overpriced, and the room I booked wasn't given to me.

The service was good overall, with courteous staff and decent food. However, I was asked to silence my dog in a very inappropriate manner when staying there. When I tried to contact the staff later, they weren't very responsive.

The location was exceptionally good, just next to the beach almost adjacent to the lighthouse, and with easy access to the beach. It was the only good thing about the property. Sadly, it was in Puri instead of Niladri as expected, and the prices are mostly in 5-star categories.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, but they are very basic and not as advertised, which initially disappointed us. The service was generally good but with some hiccups like an extra charge and delayed clearances. However, the location is superb, away from the hustle and bustle, and the in-house dining restaurant is a plus point. The dining options were limited and not of great nutrious value for the price paid. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs.
